1. Scenario

a) You will spend the next year on a space station with one other person, if you are chosen
b) The candidates select each other from a pool of individuals by mutual choice and the elimination of others.

2. Preparation

a) Prepare five questions about the personality of the other person
b) Prepare five questions about the competence of the other person

3. Choice

a) Circulate amongst the candidates and question each one in turn.
b) Note their answers on a form [see below]
c) Select the individual who best meets your requirements

4. Justification

Be prepared to justify your choice to the whole group, speaking clearly and logically

Hint

WH-questions will usually give you a lot more information than Yes/No questions
